Privacy notice

What we hold

Names and email addresses of the people your organisation invites. Programs, budgets, expenses, progress figures and the bills that were uploaded. We hold no names of children, families or teachers, and no photographs of people.

Beneficiaries

Progress is counted in units, such as kits or classrooms. Please never type a person's name into a note.

Bills

Each uploaded bill is deleted 32 days after upload. The expense record stays.

Where it lives

On servers in Mumbai, India. Connections are encrypted.

Who can see it

Each organisation sees only its own workspace. Inside it, a person sees what their role allows. A Donor sees approved totals only, no bills and no names.

Your rights

You can ask your organisation's Admin to correct your name. To have your personal data erased, ask your Admin to contact digiSarathi. We replace your name and email with an anonymous label, stop your login and keep the records you created under that label.

When a workspace closes

All of its data is deleted.

Law

We handle personal data as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act expects.
